Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the website and programme services operated by The Prince Oghenesowode Aye Foundation (“TPOAF”, “the Foundation”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, submitting an application or otherwise using the programme services, you agree to these Terms, the Programme Rules and the Privacy Notice.
1. Programme purpose
The website enables eligible persons to apply for business support, receive programme communications and, if selected, complete reasonable beneficiary verification requirements. Use of the website does not create an entitlement to funding.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the eligibility requirements published for the programme. TPOAF may request reasonable evidence to confirm residence, identity, business activity or intended use of funds.
3. Account responsibility
- Use an email address that you control and keep your account information accurate.
- Protect your password and do not permit another person to impersonate you.
- Do not create duplicate accounts or submit false information to obtain an unfair advantage.
4. Application window
Applications are accepted only during the published monthly application period. Dates and times shown on the website are interpreted using Nigeria time.
5. Accuracy and applicant content
You must provide truthful information and have the right to submit any text, image, video or document you provide. Materially false, misleading, fraudulent or manipulated information may result in disqualification.
6. Selection
Grant selection is discretionary and is based on the Foundation’s programme objectives, assessment of submitted information and available programme resources. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
7. Grant use
Any grant awarded must be used for the business purpose described in the approved application or another business purpose approved by TPOAF. Grant funds must not be used for unlawful activity.
8. Verification and disbursement
Selected applicants may be required to provide identity and bank information before payment. Disbursement is subject to successful verification and operational processing. Published dates are programme targets and may be affected by circumstances outside the Foundation’s reasonable control.
9. Beneficiary photograph and publicity
TPOAF may request a beneficiary photograph for programme records. Permission for public use of a photograph, name, business information or grant award is requested separately. Declining optional public-media permission will not by itself affect a valid grant.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. TPOAF may update programme wording, eligibility requirements, application questions or these Terms where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected on the website.
11. No loan or investment relationship
The programme is a discretionary business-support grant programme. Nothing on this website constitutes a loan offer, investment contract, employment promise or guaranteed award.
12. Applicable law
The programme is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Nigerian law. Mandatory legal obligations prevail where they conflict with these Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact page or by email to princeoye@tpoaf.org.
