Data & Media Consent

This notice explains the beneficiary information and declarations required at the final verification stage.

1. Programme and verification data

Application information is used to administer the programme. If you are selected, additional identity and banking information may be required to verify you and prepare payment. This information is used for programme administration, verification, fraud prevention and disbursement.

2. Current beneficiary photograph

At the final verification stage, the beneficiary is asked to allow browser camera access and take a clear current photograph. The photograph forms part of the beneficiary record.

3. Beneficiary publicity permission

I give The Prince Oghenesowode Aye Foundation (TPOAF) permission to publish my current photograph, my first name and the grant amount I received on the Foundation’s official website and social media channels for beneficiary transparency, programme reporting and public awareness.

4. Grant-use undertaking

I undertake to use the grant strictly for the business purpose stated in my application. I further agree that, if after reasonable enquiry and an opportunity for me to respond TPOAF establishes that I materially misrepresented the intended use or deliberately diverted or misapplied the grant funds, the grant may become repayable and TPOAF may recover the applicable amount in accordance with the programme terms and applicable law.

5. Sensitive data remains private

The publicity permission does not authorise TPOAF to publish NIN, bank details, residential address, phone numbers or other sensitive verification information.
