Data & Media Consent
This notice separates information needed to administer a grant from optional permission to use a beneficiary’s story publicly.
1. Programme and verification data
Application information is used to administer the programme. If you are selected, additional identity and banking information may be required to verify you and prepare payment. This information is used for programme administration, verification, fraud prevention and disbursement.
2. Beneficiary photograph
At the final stage, TPOAF may take or request a photograph of the beneficiary for legitimate programme records.
3. Optional public-media permission
I voluntarily authorise The Prince Oghenesowode Aye Foundation (TPOAF) to use my photograph, name, business information and grant award on the Foundation’s official website, social media channels, reports and other programme communications for transparency, impact reporting and public awareness. I understand that choosing “No” will not affect my grant, verification or disbursement.
You may choose Yes or No. The choice is recorded and does not change the status of an otherwise valid grant.
4. If you choose No
TPOAF will not rely on this consent to publish a new named beneficiary story or photograph for promotional or social-media purposes.
5. If you choose Yes
TPOAF may use the approved photograph and related beneficiary information in official Foundation communications, including beneficiary stories, programme updates and impact reporting.
6. Withdrawing consent
You may contact TPOAF to withdraw optional public-media consent for future discretionary use. Withdrawal may not be able to remove material already lawfully published or records that must be retained for legitimate legal or accountability purposes.
7. Sensitive data remains private
Providing identity or banking information never authorises TPOAF to publish those sensitive details.
8. Contact
Questions or withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Contact page or by email to princeoye@tpoaf.org.
